Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Resonzo Premium. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It's part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of:

• your first payment for Premium (monthly or yearly), or
• a yearly renewal payment.

When we refund a payment, Premium ends right away and your account returns to the free plan. Your profiles stay saved.

Fair use. The guarantee is meant for people trying Premium in good faith, so it applies once per customer (across all of your accounts and payment methods). We may decline requests we reasonably believe are abusive, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or a refund request after using most of a month's readings. This never limits your legal rights (see section 4).

2. Other payments

Monthly renewal payments, and payments more than 14 days old, generally aren't refundable, and we don't give credit for part of a billing period. If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or the Service didn't work, contact us and we'll make it right.

3. How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or
• Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the link in it.

Our reseller, Paddle.com, is the merchant of record for Resonzo orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day guarantee meets or exceeds that right.

5. Cancelling instead

If you just want to stop future payments, cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription in the app. No refund request is needed.
