What happens if I cancel?
You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your profiles stay saved.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Open Account and choose Switch to yearly. You'll see the exact price first, with credit for unused monthly time.
How do I get a refund?

Is my information private?
Yes. Your profiles are private to your account, we don't sell data or show ads, and you can download or delete everything from Account. See our Privacy Policy.
